Services

Two distinct offerings. One integrated mission.

FITAHI operates across two domains: a clinically rigorous psychiatry practice serving individual patients, and an institutional consulting and framework service serving organizations. Both are grounded in the same evidence base and the same commitment to precision.

Psychiatry Practice

A practice built for depth, not throughput

The FITAHI psychiatry practice operates with a strict limit on caseload per clinician, ensuring that every patient receives the depth of attention their situation demands. Our assessment process is comprehensive; our treatment planning is collaborative and individualized; our outcomes are measured.

We accept private patients and work with a small number of provider contracts. All initial consultations are with a consultant psychiatrist. Referrals are accepted from physicians, specialists, and self-referrals.

Clinical Services

What we offer

Comprehensive Psychiatric Assessment

A 90-minute initial consultation with a consultant psychiatrist, covering presenting concerns, psychiatric history, developmental history, social and occupational context, and preliminary diagnostic formulation.

All assessments include a written formulation report and treatment recommendations delivered within 5 working days.

Psychotherapy Integration

FITAHI offers individual psychotherapy delivered within an integrated framework — drawing on psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and systemic approaches as the patient's needs dictate.

Therapy is delivered by clinical psychologists and psychotherapists working in close collaboration with the supervising psychiatrist.

Precision Medication Management

Pharmacological treatment at FITAHI is evidence-based, cautious, and closely monitored. We do not prescribe on a first-appointment basis. All medication decisions are made within the context of a comprehensive formulation.

Regular medication reviews, side-effect monitoring, and plasma level testing where indicated.

Neuropsychological Assessment

Comprehensive cognitive testing using validated neuropsychological batteries for conditions including ADHD, specific learning difficulties, cognitive decline, and post-viral cognitive impairment.

Full written report with recommendations for clinical management, reasonable accommodations, and educational or occupational support.

Specialist Trauma Therapy

Evidence-based trauma treatment including EMDR, trauma-focused CBT, and somatic approaches delivered by specialists in complex and developmental trauma.

FITAHI's trauma clinicians are all accredited by recognized EMDR and clinical psychology professional bodies.

Medico-Legal Reports

Expert psychiatric reports for litigation, tribunals, immigration, and the Children's Court prepared by consultants with extensive medico-legal experience.

Reports are prepared in accordance with relevant professional and evidentiary guidance. We accept instructions from advocates and direct instructions.
